Hi, my name is Sofya Vass. I am a coach and work with adults, families and couples. I help people with relationship problems, depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders and more. I built this online workshop using the latest psychological research, personal experience and working with people.

I built this course because I believe in creating various opportunities for people to help themselves. I believe that help should be accessible, regardless of your geographic location, personal resources, or time constraints. Change occurs when one works on improvement over time, using a systematic approach, and deploying various strategies for growth.

I am on a mission to bring awareness about the problems that adult children of alcoholics experience and teach practical tools to people to be able to practice independently. The tools in this course are integrated and tailored specifically for adult children of alcoholics. They are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, 12 Step programs, mindfulness practice, and psychoanalytic traditions.
